As Fair Ats Water Treatment Technologies Project Eng. Ind. Products. Ind. and Trade Co.; we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of all personal data belonging to all related parties, including those who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
With the awareness of this responsibility, we process your personal data in accordance with the legislation as described below, under the title "Data Controller" as defined in the KVK Law.
1) Data Controller
In accordance with the law number 6698, the data controller and its representative is Fair Ats Su Artım Teknolojileri Proje Müh.End.Ürn.San.ve Tic.Ltd.Şti, and all personal data can be processed by the data controller within within the frame described below.
2) For What Purpose Personal Data Will Be Processed
Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically, by automatic or non-automatic methods, through our company units, website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means. As long as you benefit from the products and services offered by Fair Ats Su Artım Teknolojileri Proje Müh.End.Ürn.San.ve Tic.Ltd.Şti, your personal data can be processed by creating and updating.

for the purposes of providing the legal and commercial security of the people who have a business relationship with our company (customer evaluation/complaint management processes, reputation research processes, event management, legal compliance process, audit, financial affairs etc.), and to offer the services after being customized as per your needs and for execution of Human Resources Policies of our Comapny shall be processed within the terms and purposes of processing specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law.
3) To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your collected personal data is used for:
Carrying out the necessary work by our business units in order to make you benefit from the products and services offered by our company; recommending the products and services offered by our company to you by customizing them according to your tastes, usage habits and needs; for ensuring the execution of our company's human resources policies.
Ensuring the follow-up and execution of customer satisfaction program and internet applications, execution of analytical and reporting applications, sales and operation systems, and legal and commercial security of our company and those who have business relations with our company; for the purposes of determining and implementing our company's commercial and business strategies such data can be transferred within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698. Again, the benefits to be provided will be provided to you through channels such as telephone, short message, sms, mms, video, e-mail, letter, using your personal data for electronic commercial messages and notifications.
4) Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is provided by Fair Ats Su Artım Teknolojileri Proje Müh.End.Ürn.San.ve Tic.Ltd.Şti through different channels and based on different legal reasons; such data is collected in order to develop the products and services we offer and to carry out our commercial activities. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles (2) and (3) of this Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698.
5) Rights of Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As personal data owners, if you send us your requests regarding your rights, Fair Ats Su Artım Teknolojileri Proje Müh.End.Ürn.San.ve Tic.Ltd.Şti will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty working days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires a separate cost, our company will charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
The data controller accepts the request or rejects it by explaining the reason and notifies the relevant person in writing or electronically. In case the request in the application is accepted, the data controller fulfills its requirements. When the application is caused by the fault of the data controller, the fee collected is refunded to the relevant person.
In this context, personal data owners have the right for:
Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
If personal data has been processe to request infoormation thgereto;
Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person herself/himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
In the event that personal data is damaged due to unlawful processing, data owner has the eirght to ask for a remedy to the damage.
In accordance with the first paragraph of the 13th article of the Law No. 6698, your request regarding the exercise of your above-mentioned rights must be submitted to our Company in "written" or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application in writing to Fair Ats Su Artım Teknolojileri Proje Müh.End.Ürn.San.ve Tic.Ltd.Şti, in accordance with the prevailing provision of the Law No. 6698.
In order to use your above-mentioned rights, together with the necessary information identifying your identity and your explanations about the right you want to use, and also by specifying which of your right is related to the use specified in Article 11 of the Law No. 6698, you must submit your request to Üçgen Mah.Şarampol Cad. ( Old Şarampol Police Station Street ) Kavukcu Apt. No: 191/A Muratpaşa / ANTALYA and deliver it by hand with documents identifying your identity, or you may submit such request through legal means such as through a Notary Punblic using the methods specified in Personal Data Protection Law.
